Indira Gandhi National Open University is to commence a one year programme in Retailing, in collaboration with Retailers’ Association of India, Mumbai.. The course will be introduced in the June-2008 session. The course will also provide an internship of six months for which candidates will be paid.

Candidates having passed Class XII can apply for the programme. Even candidates who appeared in 2008 and are awaiting result for the XII examination can apply, provided they produce a proof of having passed the exam before June 31, 2008.
