The results for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination for admission in to all the 20 National institutes of Technology (NITs), five Indian institutes of information Technology (IIITs) and 11 Central and State funded Universities and 19 self financed institutes announced on Saturday by 2 p.m.

The admission process has been made completely ONLINE for the convenience of the students and their parents. In this Procedure candidates can exercise their choices for branches and institutes Online using Internet from places of their convience.The CCB along with NIC, New Delhi has developed the required procedure and soft ware.

In the new procedure, all the candidates declared eligible for central counseling by the CBSE based on the AIEEE 2009 Ranks will have to register online during June 08 to June 28, 2009. Candidates have to verify their personnel credentials such as Category, Sub category, State of Eligibility, Gender and address for communication etc. Provision has been made in the software to modify these details.
