The State Council Of Educational Research And Training, Delhi is an autonomous body of the Government of NCT of Delhi established in 1988. It is a nodal agency recognized by the National Council Of Teacher Education (NCTE) for admission, curriculum construction, course conduct, guidance, examination and certification of the pre-service training programme for elementary school teachers.
